The staff was friendly. i booked the coach house guest room, it was lovely and offered plenty of room. (i especially appreciated the comfortable bed). i found a record player in the room with a vinyl record selection. A nice touch.

the internal standard of finish on the hotel is quite cheap.

the room i stayed in was cold it took a while for the heating to properly kick in i found only a small bag of hot chocolate provided which felt inadequate considering the price
